How to order kits?

E-mail Bobby Dameron with the following information:

  • # of kits on hand

  • # of kits needed

  • Hospital or Agency Name

  • Street Address

  • City, State

  • Zip Code

  • Department

  • Sent attention of

  • Phone Number

How to enter a kit into STIMS?

  • Login with your username & password

  • Click on the serial # that you used in the list of kits at your agency

  • Enter the Law Enforcement Agency that you turned the kit over to, collection date, and whether it was reported or anonymous

  • Click SAVE

  • Then click the SEND KIT button on the top right of the screen
